- The original documents required for registration to the university are checked during the final registration and a copy is archived electronically.
- Among the students who are already enrolled at the University and who will register for a new enrolment, those who have a Turkish ID number and a foreign ID number are returned the original documents they have given for final registration against signature.
- For students who do not have an ID number, the original documents submitted for final registration are kept in the student file and returned against signature provided that they submit their Residence Permit Certificate to the Registrar's Office.
