4-If I cannot register within the registration dates, can I register later?
Candidates who do not make their final registration by the deadline specified in the Letter of Acceptance are deemed to have waived their final registration rights.
5-Can someone else perform my final registration procedures on my behalf (by proxy)?
Registration by proxy is not possible.
6-What are the conditions for online (provisional) registration?
Except for the candidates who are entitled to enrol in the programmes where students are admitted by Special Talent Examination, other candidates:
Those who will not be asked for a Turkish proficiency certificate are given the right to online temporary registration provided that they pay the international student tuition fee.

8-Can I send my documents requested for final registration via e-mail?
There is no registration via e-mail. We have an online (temporary) registration system for students who cannot come in person on the final registration dates. You can visit https://onlineintstudy.omu.edu.tr/tr on the subject Mail yoluyla kayıt yapılmamaktadır.
9- Can I register with missing documents?
No, you must submit all of the required documents for final registration.
10-Can I register if I am younger than 18?
You can register with a notarised consent form in Turkey or a consent form approved by the Turkish foreign representative office in your country of residence.
11-What happens if there are missing documents during registration?
You will not be registered unless you complete the documents required for final registration.
12-Can I complete the registration process and register for courses without my equivalency certificate?
Students are required to submit their high school diploma equivalency certificate until one month before the beginning of the spring semester in the academic calendar of the academic year in which they are enrolled. Students who do not submit the high school diploma equivalence certificate are considered to be on leave, cannot enrol in courses and cannot receive a student certificate within the specified period. However, students who have started the application process for the equivalence certificate and documented this situation are allowed to register for courses and obtain a student certificate until the equivalence procedures are finalised. The registrations of the students who do not submit the documents within the specified period are deleted by the decision of the board of directors of the unit they are a student of without any notification to them. 13-Which students do not require Turkish Proficiency Certificate?
Students who are Turkish citizens and graduated from Turkish schools abroad,
Those with dual nationality,
Turkish citizens,
Those who are Turkish citizens and have renounced their citizenship by obtaining the permission to renounce Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Interior,
Blue card holders,
Those who have a high school diploma issued by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey,
Those who have graduated from a higher education diploma programme that provides 100% Turkish education in Turkey or abroad are considered to have sufficient Turkish level. Turkish proficiency certificate is not required.
14-My Turkish proficiency certificate is not at C1 level. In this case, will my university registration be finalised? If my final enrolment is made, what is the last date I can submit my document?
Your registration is finalised. You will be considered to be on leave for one academic year to obtain your C1 Level certificate. If you do not submit the document at the end of the period, an additional period of one academic year is given. 15- Can all students benefit from online (temporary) registration?
All students who are entitled to final registration, except for students who are entitled to enrol in programmes that take students with special talent exams, can benefit from online registration.
16- I have registered online (provisional), should I submit a document? If so, what is the duration?
Students who register online must convert their temporary registration to final registration. For this, they must submit the required documents before course registration.
17-I made online (temporary) registration and did not submit my documents. Will my registration be deleted?
Students who register online must convert their temporary registration to final registration. Students who register online are required to submit their original documents until one month before the start of the spring semester in the undergraduate / associate degree academic calendar of the academic year in which they are registered. Students who do not submit their documents within the specified period will be deleted.
18-Can I get a student certificate for my final registration?
Active student certificate cannot be issued without course registration.
