To cancel your enrolment at the university:
- Fill in and sign the information requested in the De-registration Form (click here to download the form)
- Attach your student ID card to the form.
- Obtain signatures from the units included in the form.
- After the signature stage is completed, submit the form to the unit where you are registered.
- Your deregistration process will be completed upon the approval of your request by the unit where you are registered and the approval letter reaches the Registrar's Office. Click here for the information brochure.
