International students are required to:
a) Notify the university within 10 (ten) days of any changes regarding their personal, civil, or educational status,
b) Maintain their residence permits and health insurance during their education within the legally prescribed periods and renew them when they expire; report their Residence Permit Document and foreign ID number to the International Student Unit,
c) In case of loss of their residence permits or passports, immediately apply to the relevant authorities and obtain a new one within 20 (twenty) days,
ç) Inform the university and relevant authorities within 2 (two) days if they change their residence address,
d) The email addresses and phone numbers provided to the university by international students are the official communication and notification channels. No physical notifications will be made to their physical addresses. Students must update any changes in their current email addresses and phone numbers within 2 (two) days through the Student Automation System and notify the relevant units, and must follow announcements and notifications made through these communication channels,
e) All information, documents, and announcements posted on the websites of the University, Student Affairs Department, International Relations Unit, and their registered departments are considered official notifications. International students are responsible for following announcements and taking the necessary actions,
f) Comply with the conditions stated in the Ondokuz Mayıs University International Student Directive for Associate and Undergraduate Programs, complete registration procedures within the announced registration period, and submit all required documents completely and on time to the International Student Unit,
g) Register for courses and remain an active student every semester/year throughout their education to prevent cancellation of their residence permit by the Directorate of Migration Management,
