The contribution fees/tuition fees to be collected from students registering within the quota for international students are determined by the University Administrative Board within the range of coefficients specified by the “Decision on the Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Collected from Students for Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions,” which is published every year in the Official Gazette by Presidential Decree.

If the 2025-2026 academic year “Decision on the Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Collected from Students for Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions” is published on or after the registration dates, the tuition fees for the fall semester will be charged according to the decision published in the Official Gazette for the previous year. Any tuition fee differences (+/-) arising due to changes made by authorized authorities or due to the fees determined by the Administrative Board in the announced Decision will be applied and collected in the tuition fees for the following spring semester.
*Students who register in associate and undergraduate programs with international student status and who acquire Turkish citizenship during their education will continue their education by paying the contribution fee determined for international students.
- Tuition fees paid by students who make pre-registration or final registration to the University are non-refundable.
