• Pre-registration is a temporary registration right offered electronically by Ondokuz Mayıs University to candidates who have earned the right to enroll in associate and undergraduate programs within the scope of international student admissions. This process is carried out in two stages: a provisional registration online followed by submission of the required documents in person to the Student Affairs Department for the pre-registration to be finalized as a definitive registration.
• Being placed in one of the candidate’s preferences by providing misleading or incomplete information without meeting the application requirements, or having a pre-registration or final registration, does not guarantee the continuation of student status. Students whose applications are found to be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading, or who do not comply with the application and registration conditions, will not have their pre-registration or final registration processed; even if completed, their enrollment will be terminated by the University.
• Ondokuz Mayıs University reserves the right to make changes to announced dates, applications, preferences, evaluations, placements, registration procedures and dates, required documents for registration, tuition fees, and all announced conditions during the international student admission process. Decisions regarding changes and related information will be announced on the University’s official website. Announcements made on the website are considered official notification to candidates; no separate notification will be sent. It is the responsibility of candidates to follow these announcements.
• Communication with candidates during application, preference, placement, pre-registration, final registration, and post-registration processes will be conducted via the University’s official email addresses and the email addresses provided by candidates during application. Therefore, candidates must regularly check emails sent from the University. The email address provided during application must belong to the candidate, be current and accurate. Each candidate should use only one email address. Correspondence should not be conducted on behalf of other candidates with this email.
